SECURITY DEPOSIT/INSURANCE

Charterers may choose one of the following:

Security Insurance: A non-refundable premium of $20.00/day plus a refundable deposit of $100 for the BVI and $1000 for St. Vincent. This limits your liability for the yacht and it's contents to the deposit amount except in the case of gross negligence.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $2500 payable prior to departure to cover loss and damage to the yacht. If you choose this option you are liable for the full amount of the deposit in the event of any insurance claim.

With most charters your security deposit will be refunded prior to your departure.

PROVISIONING

To save time and for your convenience we offer the following provisioning packages:

Dinner Ashore (available BVI only)-$14.00/person/day For those who wish to dine ashore every night this provides breakfast, lunch and snacks daily.

Split Provisioning @$18.00/person/day

For those wishing to eat out some of the time this package provides 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 4 dinners and snacks. Full Provisioning-$20.00/person/day

Provides breakfasts, lunch, dinner and snacks dailyeverything you need to eat for a week.

Beverages

A selection of wines, spirits and sodas are available. See provisioning list for details. Prices shown are a guideline only. An estimate can be provided for your order if requested. All provisioning packages will be delivered to you at your yacht after boarding. For those with prior night sleepaboard, provisioning packages will normally be delivered the following morning at 09.00 hours.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the yacht of your choice. A completed contract will be sent to you in acknowledgement. The balance of the charter fee together with all extras as requested are payable 30 days prior to the start of the charter. The Security Deposit, Cruising Tax and National Parks fees are payable on arrival in U.S. CASH or TRAVELERS CHECKS ONLY.

CANCELLATION

The Charterer may cancel subject to the following charges:

· 60 or more days prior to the commencement of the charter: $150.00.

· Between 60 and 30 days prior to commencement of the charter 50% of the charter fee.

· Less than 30 days prior to commencement: all charges provided for in the schedule other than the Cruising Permit and National Parks tax.

Travel to and from both bases is easy. Major airlines service adjacent islands from most U.S. and European cities with connecting flights to Beef Island Airport, Tortola and E.T. IDENTIFICATION

Although the best form of identification for entrance into a foreign country is a passport, it is not mandatory of U.S. and Canadian Citizens entering either the BVI or St. Vincent & the Grenadines. U.S. and Canadian Citizens will need to present to Immigration a Certified Birth Certificate as well as a pictured Driver's License and/or Voter's Registration Card at the Port of Entry.
