Casa Boco is an exquisite, luxuriously furnished waterfront villa on Burgeaux Bay. It offers all the luxury and privacy to be had in a magnificent home. Complete with a 16'x32' fresh water private swimming pool, there is also a private walkway to the beach. A never to be forgotten experience will be cocktails or dinner on your own patio at Casa Boco, watching the tropical sun set over the glistening water.

Casa Boca can be rented as a four bedroom villa for 6 to I 0 people with a fully equipped kitchen in the main house. It can also be divided into three separate units: a two bedroom, two bath unit called the main house; and two studio efficiency units. Each unit has its own private entrance, mini kitchen, refrigerator sink, all utensils, and large private covered patio facing the pool and sea. The studios have king or twin beds in each.

All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned for your sleeping comfort. There is a telephone in each unit for making local calls and receiving long distance calls. Maid service is provided 6 days per week except for government holidays. We also have Cable TV in each unit.

Island Information St. Martin / St. Maarten:

The weather is 72'-85'F with sunshine year round. Dress is informal to casual everywhere and is optional at some beaches and at home. U.S. Dollars, French Francs, Antilles Guilders, Travelers checks and credit cards are accepted most everywhere so there is no need to exchange your money. Proof of citizenship is required for immigration reasons. Free port shopping in St. Maarten offers bargains in electronics, clothing, liquor, watches, etc. There are over 300 world class restaurants as well as some very excellent local ones to choose from. For entertainment St. Maarten offers discos, comedy clubs, casinos, evening shopping, etc.
