Zara's Seafood Restaurant opened April, 1996 at the Allamanda, next to the pool. The Rasta Chef used to be at La Fontana has brought his Rasta Pasta with him, plus the incredible Chicken Salad lunch - elegant, delicious, and beautifully presented.
