The Seagate's refund policy is such that the 50% deposit required upon confirmation is not refundable less than 60 days prior to arrival and the balance, which is due 30 days prior to arrival, is also not refundable. If a cancellation should occur and an alternate booking is secured, The Seagate will make every effort to provide accomodations at a mutually convenient date.  A 10% administration charge is levied to all refunds.
