Now on ten acres of land with over 1000 feet of beach-front adjacent to the Windmills Plantation Pat and Guy intend to build eight upscale villas They all will be situated directly on the beach. Each of the villas will contain only two or three units designed for discriminating individuals in search of a place untouched by the ravages of mass tourism.

UNIT A represented on this page is the most luxurious of the units. It contains 2634 square feet of floor space with 3 bed-rooms and 3 1/2 bath-rooms. All of the bed-rooms have cathedral ceilings. The Master bed room is on the second floor with an exceptional view across the ocean to the Island of Grand Turk nine miles away. The guest bed rooms have separate access from the outside so that you friends may come and go without disturbing you. The living room has a cathedral ceiling and in keeping with Bermudan tradition a fireplace.

UNIT B this ground floor two bed-room unit contains 2028 square feet of living space and two bath-rooms. The master bed-room has a fireplace and a view across the beach to the island of Grand Turk. There is a screened porch and sun deck. The guest bed-room with its private courtyard and jacuzzi has a cathedral ceiling and a separate entrance. The price of this unit is: $381,466 U.S.	UNIT C is on the second floor above unit B. This unit has 1280 square feet of floor space with one bed-room and one bathroom. BERMUDA PLACE located on the North Beach on Salt Cay, has been designed by Architect S. Guy Lovelace and his wife Pat, who are the designers, builders and owners-in-residence of the WINDMILLS PLANTATION... Bermuda Place will complement the Island vernacular architecture of the adjacent Windmills Plantation which itself, is a reflection of the Bermudan influence on Salt Cay during the 100 years From 1690 to 1790 that Salt Cay was a colony of Bermuda.
THE POOL AT THE WINDMILLS PLANTATION	In conjunction with the construction of the first three units, there will be a small restaurant, a commissary to provide convenient supplies for those wishing to dine in and a swimming pool for the exclusive use of the purchasers of the units. Each unit will have a golf cart for necessary island transportation. There are only five trucks and no paved roads on the island. The Lovelace's do not wish to create unnecessary congestion and pollution through the introduction of automobiles. Maintenance of the units will be provided by the maintenance staff of the Windmills Plantation and buyers will be required to pay an annual Maintenance fee to insure against deterioration of the units. Buyers interested in the potential of revenue may place their unit in a rental pool from which income from all of the units will be distributed pro-rata.   In order to insure that buyers of the units are compatible with the unspoiled, unhurried nineteenth century lifestyle of Salt Cay, sales of units will be made exclusively to those individuals who have become familiar with and enjoy the special magic of Salt Cay, the island that time forgot, by having been guests at the WINDMILLS PLANTATION.
