rental villa is equally charming, both have exquisitely
unique
and delightful flavors of their very own. Each
location has its own private sandy beach. Both houses
are
extremely private and perched at the end of a peninsula. The properties are adjoining and within 750 feet of
each other. Unlike most villas (back to back), these
are placed on seven lots, with five of the lots being
undeveloped. Both are strategically placed amidst ten
private acres of lush, floral landscape, nestled in a
most extraordinary natural setting, almost completely
surrounded by the brilliant turquoise waters of Chalk
Sound National Park.
The entrance is down a long driveway
lined with lush vegetation and tropical blooms to reach
either property.

WHIPSPRAY- sumptuous French architecture with separate
bedroom pods connected by a wrap–around
screened porch with several outside sitting and two exterior
and one interior living room.
Whipspray Villa has both an interior or exterior dining
area, and a wrap around dock off the back and side of
the house.
ROCKSPRAY- more elegantly refined English
architecture of stone and Brazilian wood that perches
over the water, so you can hear the lapping waves.
Dine elegantly either indoors amidst antiques, Oriental
carpets with much original art; or delight in a more
casual atmosphere on one of the many outside decks which
look out over the beautiful crystal clear waters.
In the evening, after you have enjoyed
your first magical day at either one of the villas, retire
to either one of the two impressive bedrooms, both with
en-suite bathrooms, including luxurious linens and exquisite
towels provided for your comfort. Both villas contain
two bedrooms with private balconies overlooking the water
with en-suite bathrooms.
A natural base of white limestone powder
assists to make this body of water a unique clear turquoise
shade, not to be found elsewhere in the Caribbean.
As there is no boat traffic on these calm waters, you
are free to enjoy and explore your own private natural
swimming pool, swimming without any limits. Use our kayaks
provided for your enjoyment in the three square miles
of protected Sound. Enjoy roaming about your own private
peninsula or relax in a soft hammock, until all your
cares and worries drift away.
Listen to your favorite music and enjoy the sunset from
any one of the private decks or charming sitting areas
that are sprinkled throughout each property. Relax on
your own sparkling, crystal white sandy beach while watching
palm trees sway lazily, take a dip in the endless turquoise
blue waters of the Sound, or relax in a private outdoor
Jacuzzi at Whipspray.
