Our beautiful home on a private beach on the south side of Provo can be rented by the week. 22 Degrees North sits on a peninsula surrounded by turquoise waters --- the ocean in front, a salt bay behind, and a large pool on the patio. The peninsula is purely residential and very few homes exist making our location very private and serene. The house is recently remodeled and redecorated with high quality materials and furnishings.

The main wing of the house has a great room consisting of the living room, a dining area and complete kitchen. It also has a large enclosed veranda with sitting and dining areas and a spectacular view of the pool to the ocean. Then there is the master bedroom with king bed and marble en suite bath.

The other wing has two guest queen-sized bedroom suites, each with an en suite marble bath, plus a half bath and laundry room. Every room in the house opens to the pool patio and has an ocean view.

Amenities include direct TV, stereo system, microwave, D/W, washer dryer, kayaks, large BBQ. Our fee includes airport pick up, maid service before arrival, mid-way through the week and at the end of the week, pool service and landscape service. Our property manager can assist you with any other needs. Minimum rental is one week.
