Seascape Villa, situated
on 2 acres of beach front, has many amenities for such
a remote island as Middle Caicos. The view of the reef
and gardens from the newly screened and tiled verandah
is enchanting. A crescent shaped white sand beach, all
but deserted, awaits your exploration and enjoyment. There
are only six houses scattered along this stretch of five
miles protected shoreline and the nearest small town is
two miles away. Privacy and tranquility are the norm.
The spacious floor plan with lofty cathedral ceiling
is open, airy, and tastefully decorated with pastel rattan
furniture and hand-painted murals and other artwork on
the walls. The floors are Italian Quarry tile through
out. The two first floor bedrooms, each with air-conditioning,
have comfortable, first quality queen size beds and ceiling
fans. Top quality bed linens compliment the decor. There
are Hunter ceiling fans in every room, even the baths.
In the loft, also air-conditioned, are two queen size
beds. The house can easily sleep eight but is also cozy
enough just for two. We have added a bathroom addition
to the master bedroom so now there are two generous size
facilities. We supply all linens except beach towels
which we request you bring along. There is an automatic
clothes washer and clothes lines where laundry dries
in minutes.
The kitchen may be better equipped than yours at home.
In addition to the normal items it holds a bread maker,
blender, dish washer, pressure cooker, microwave, toaster
oven, waffle iron, Cuisinart, wine glasses and many gadgets
and other supplies.
Enjoy the television reception provided by the advanced
satellite system which receives almost 20 channels. For
your pleasure there is a VCR and over 100 video taped
movies and shows, an audio CD and cassette player, tapes,
an ample supply of games both for children and adults,
books and art supplies.
We also have, a charcoal barbecue grill, a portable
cooler, a infant's playpen/bed, a UHF radio and much
more-too numerous to mention. |
